Great American Scrapbooking Convention-Virginia
Hello Everyone!! I have been busy buying some great products at the convention that I attended in Virginia. This was my very first convention. I was fortunate enough to go with my scrapping buddy friend that I met on the Cricut Message board. I was the passenger and navigator. We didn't even get lost, not even once! Hopefully I will be able to share some new ideas very soon. We are off again for the holiday week. Here is a picture of the entrance to the convention as we were getting ready to stampede our way in!

Wedding Card
This card was made using the Wedding Solutions Cartridge. I cut the large heart, Bride and Groom at 4". The card base is 4-1/4 x5-1/2". I added foam tape to the back of the heart, then attached the bride and groom on top of that with one layer of foam tape. On the inside, I cut a black mat and embossed the sentiment. For the envelope I used a Martha Stewart edge punch and cut a black strip of card stock that I punched using the same design. I cut two scallop circles, one in 2" and one in 1-1/4". I heat embossed the letter of the couples last name on the circles. If you click on the picture you will be able to view it large so that the details are visible. Thanks for your visit.

Distressed Card with Tag
Here is my first attempt at a grunge or distressed card. I know I can improve on this technique, but would like to share my first, and as I improve I will post those as well. Don't be intimidated by first attempts. There are so many other people that can give you ideas on what to try when you share your work. So if any of you can share some comments and ideas, please do. Thanks for looking.

Oragami Heart-Video #1
My husband showed me how to fold this paper heart, and now I will show you how easy it is to make this heart. I will plan on having a follow up video showing you how to incorporate it into one of your card or layout projects. Thanks for visiting and enjoy the video.

Tags-How to embellish your tags
I just wanted to show you a quick way to decorate some tags to add to your projects. Inking, adding some flowers, printed cardstock or even embossing will enhance your project

Pocket Card with Acetate Front Panel
I made this card with an acetate front panel so that the item you add to the inside can be seen. Try adding a sentiment or even a photo. I used Staz On ink to stamp on the acetate. Other inks will only smear. The nice thing about the Staz On, is that if you make a mistake you can remove it by using the Staz On remover. On my next video I will show how to embellish some additional tags. Thanks for watching and for joining me today!

Thanks-cuttlebug die
This card measures 3"x5-1/2" and is made using a standard A2 size card base. I wanted to try making a different size card, and this is what I have come up with. Enjoy the video and thanks for watching.

Text in a circle-microsoft word
I enjoy making some of my sentiments in a circle on my computer using microsoft word. I then print it out on cardstock in my choice of color. Once it is printed, I use a circle punch to cut out my text. I make several at once with certain quotes so that I have plenty on hand to add to my cards or layouts. If I can help any further with these instructions, just leave me a message. Thanks for watching and enjoy the video.

I'm here Princess Froggie!!! Card-Paisley Cricut Cartridge
Oh my gosh!! This is one of my favorite cards. Every time I looked at this frog, it reminded me of one of those frogs in a window of a car. So I came up with this idea of having it trapped inside with his princess, his dream sitting on the flower box. How cute is that!! Anyway I hope you enjoy watching the video as much as I enjoyed making this card. Give it a go and make one of your own!
