Review On Two Style Of Punches-Tool Of The Week

Hello Scrappers!! I would like to share with you two style of punches that you can use to punch any where on a card or layout. I found that the Fischar's is great when you want to get your shape punched exactly where you want it. The Martha punch is a little more difficult to line up. Let me know what you think about these two items. Thanks and enjoy the video.

HEAT EMBOSSING GUN-TOOL OF THE WEEK

Hello Scrappers!

An embossing heat gun is an essential tool for creating a raised image. It's used to quickly melt embossing powder by emitting intense heat without blowing to much air. A heat gun is the easiest and safest way to emboss. It can also be used to heat set stamped images, and to speed up drying time for watercolor or pigment inks when you are not heat embossing. I purchased my gun from Michael's Arts and Crafts. I used a coupon and purchased it for half price. This product is by Marvy and is silver in color. If you have any additional questions on heat embossing please leave a comment and I will be happy to answer it for you.

Adhesive Eraser-Tool of The Week

Hello Scrappers.
Since we are all so crazy about Scrapbooking, you must own this eraser. It will remove most permanent adhesive off of delicate card stock, and photos without leaving a mark. When I use my ATG sometimes I go beyond the edge of card stock with my tape. Once I apply it to my project, I will run the eraser on the edge and remove the excess. This product can be found at walmart.com. Here is the link.

Versa Marker Water Mark Pen

Hello Scrappers! I'm so excited to share this new tool for this week! I have gone crazy using the VersaMark Pen. Use the Watermark Pen for outlining or signing your name or even writing a secret message. The VersaMarker can be used for all the techniques the VersaMark pad can. The pen is double ended with a fine tip, and a larger tip on the other side. I signed my name on a few of my cards, and then heat embossed it. I just love it!

ATG714 Tape Dispenser

I love my ATG tape dispenser. This holds 1/4" tape width, and 36 yards in length. That is a lot of tape! The Scotch ATG 714 Adhesive Applicator Gun is perfect for all of your scrapbooking and paper projects. The tape is acid free to protect your photos. I purchased my gun from Armel.com. but unfortunately they seem to have gone out of business. Try shopping the web for price comparison. I purchased my gun for around $45.00. Try http://www.framingsupplies.com/3M/TapeDispenserGuns.htm You can find the tape (12 roll pack) for two dollars each at http://www.thetapedepot.com/cart/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,1/ I have not ordered from them before, but after a little blog talk on the Cricut Message Board, it looks like the majority of scrappers buy their tape from The Tape Depot. I just ran out of my last purchase from Armel, but will plan to place an order from them soon.

Embossing Buddy

This tool will keep the area you plan to emboss static free. It will eliminate the extra specks that sometimes stick to the area surrounding your stamped image. Just rub the pouch over the surface you intend to heat emboss.

Tool of The Week

I will be featuring once a week one of my favorite tools. The Stamp-a-ma-jig by EK success is such a great tool to have if you want all of your stamped images to be place exactly where you want it. Line the clear imaging sheet against the corner of the Stamp-a-ma-jig. Ink stamp and align snugly in the corner of the tool and stamp image. Position imaging sheet with the stamped image on your card stock. Align the tool on the bottom corner of the imaging sheet. Slowly remove imaging sheet. Ink stamp and stamp your image placing your stamp along the corner of the tool. Your stamping is just where you wanted it to appear!
