ReplyDeletereceived the Cricut and am now trying to decide if I want to return it for the Create. The only reason being is the size lettering on the Cricut only goes to 1" and the Create goes to .25". I had the Expressions on trial, but since I do cards and not scrapbooking I don't require the 12" x 12" and wanted smaller machine. So right now I am in a quandry as to send the Cricut back (got package deal on HSN). Do you have any advice that might help me decide? The Create is the only one I haven't tried out. LOL!

ReplyDeleteI own the Create and the Expression.I had the Small Cricut in the very beginning. The only draw back to the smaller machines is that some of the cartridges will require a much larger mat. Such as the Tags,Bags,Boxes & more your boxes will be very small. Also the Wild Card cart,& Just Because Cards will only cut very small envelopes There are also some Christmas carts that have 3-D items and you will require a 12x12" mat. I make a lot of cards and I love my Exprssion. If you can afford the Exprssion, that is my #1 choice(check Walmart for price comparison). The Create has the smaller mat, but has additional button features that the little machine does't. Which every Cricut you decide on I know you will have a great time creating your special projects.
