Meow Meow Christmas Shape Card

Hello everyone!  Who doesn't like Hello Kitty?  Well in my home. we all love her, because she is part of our family.  My husband was born in Japan, and still has family that lives there.  So I just had to make this sweet shape card with Kitty in her reindeer gear.  The large card was cut at 7-1/2"and the small card at 5-1/4".  I added stickles to the antlers, bow, and collar.  It only took minutes to make.  Thank you for visiting me today, and have a safe weekend!

Winter Frolic Christmas Card And Guest Designer At Exploring Cricut

Snow Friends Winter Wonderland Mantel

Hello everyone!!  My cricut is smoking as I jump in to my Christmas decorating.  My Christmas tree is even up, and decorated.  I usually don't have it up until about a week before Christmas.  These little snowmen inspired me to get moving.  Once I had all 10 made, I had to get the mantel decorated.  I cut all of the snowmen on the Snow Friends cartridge at 8".  Most of you have seen the ribbon wreaths that I have made, and thought I should add one of the snowmen to the center of the wreath.  So I made an extra large snowman to add to the center of this wreath.  I cut him  using the fit to page feature, which cut at 11.45".  I used chipboard so he would be extra sturdy.  His mouth, and eyes are black shiney buttons, and I added a ribbon around his neck for a scarf.  Here are a few pictures to show my Snow Friends Wonderland.

Mesh Ribbon Wreath How To Video

Ribbon Mesh Christmas Wreaths

This is what I have been addicted to this weekend. Making these beautiful ribbon mesh wreaths are fun and inexpensive. I purchased the mesh at Sam's club for a 10-yard roll for $7.00, which takes two rolls for each wreath. The wire frame is the large size from Michael’s, which is only $2.99. You will also need some thin wire. I used the paddle wire from Michael’s, which can be found in the floral supply section. They carry two gauges, and I used the thinner wire.  These can be hung without any additional decorations, since the ribbon is so beautiful.  I did add a few ornaments, and a snowman to two of the wreaths.  I love the red and white one.  I call that one my candy cane wreath.  Why not give this a try it is really fun and fast to make.  My friends will love their new and different wreath to hand on their door this year.

Christmas Deer Card With The Imagine

Once I added pop dots to the layers on this deer from the Enjoy The Seasons Cartridge.  I knew he was going to be perfect in front of this tree.  I cut the deer and it's layers at 4-1/2" and the tree in the same size.  I added pearls to the antlers, sleigh bells, and the cuttle bug embossed mat.  I wish you could see it in person.  It is much prettier.  Thanks for all of your comments this week on my Imagine projects, and also for stopping by to visit.

Christmas Window Scene with The Imagine

My dogs, Oliver and Shoji decided that I needed to make a Christmas card for them.  They are always sitting at the window watching the grass grow.  So once again I had t to use the Imagine Enjoy The Season Cartridge since it has an adorable window scene.  The original image had a cat in it, so I just cut two dogs and replaced the cat.  I don't have a cat, and they said no cats on this card.  All kidding aside.  The image is on page 20 of the hand book.  It was cut at 4-1/2" with the layers.  The Christmas tree is on page 22 and it was cut at 4-1/2".  I cut the third tree image in the handbook, and added stickles for the sparkle.  Thanks to all who have been so kind to visit this week.  I will have another Imagine card again tomorrow.

Enjoy The Seasons Christmas Card

Hello everyone,
This card was made using the Enjoy The Seasons Imagine  cartridge.  I printed a 5-1/2" square using the snowflake pattern for one of my background layers.  This pattern is really beautiful, and now I don't have to keep searching for snowflake pattern paper.  I just never seem to find it.

The bird and branch are cut at 4"  including the layers.

The tag is found on page 25, and I changed the colors.  The large layer is cut in white, and the oval layer I used the same snowflake pattern to match my mat.
My card base is cut at 4-1/4" x 11", and scored at the 5-1/2" mark.
I cut red card stock at 4"x 5-1/4" and then cut my snowflake patterned paper 1/4" smaller.
Once I adhered all my mats, and card base, I layered all my cuts to the main branch image using pop dots to add dimension.  I attached the cut to a round scallop circle which is about 3-1/4".  This was in my stash, so please check the size before adhering to your project.
I added rhinestones to the berries for a little sparkle, and also use Star Dust Stickles on the leaves and on the wing of the bird.
I stamped on my greeting on my small oval. 

Snow Globe With Snowman Holiday Greeting Card

Hello Scrappers!  Today's card is all made with stamps.  I purchased these stamps at a Christmas craft show over the weekend.  The large snow globe stamp is listed at $9.95 and the snowman is $6.50.  There are several smaller stamps to choose from on the website so that you can make your own winter scene.   I selected the snowman for the inside of my globe.  I may have to order some different stamps so that I can make several different scenes.  The greeting is a stamp by Inkadinkado, that I purchased at Michael's.  Here are the links to the two stamps I purchased at the craft fair.

Fall Decorations using the Cricut

I wanted to dress up my mantel for the fall, and Thanksgiving holiday.  I used Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More  for the Tag.  Which was cut at 11.24"x5.9" on my Gypsy.  This allowed me to cut six tags on one mat.  The letters were cut at 1" using Gypsy Font.  I cut the oval shapes with my spell binder dies, and added dimensionals between the layers, and also added the pop dots to the back of each letter.  I then tied each letter to some thick twine with red ribbon.  I almost forgot to mention the turkey that separates the two words.  He was cut using the Imagine.  For the glass block, I cut the tree, and the scarecrow using the Celebrate With Flourish Cricut cartridge.  I didn't make a note of the size for these two cuts.  I did adjust the sizes with my Gypsy so that they would fit just right on the size of my block.  I cut the images for the block out of thick black cardstock, and added removable glue dots, and adhered them to the block.  This way when I get ready to decorate the block for Christmas, I can just remove the fall image and store it in a file.  I didn't want to have several blocks for every holiday, so I will just keep redecorating the same one.  Less stuff to store.

Christmas Ornament Card-Winter Lace Cricut Cartridge Video Series #5

This card is actually a gift since it contains a monogrammed ornament. I plan on hand delivering this card to 15 of my friends with their initial on this adorable glitter ornament.
