BIG FOOT-Birthady Card-Campin Critters

Hello blogger buddies,
Today I have a very simple guy card to share with you.  My friend Greg's every footstep is heard through out the house, especially when he is coming up or down the stairs.  This card with big foot will be perfect for his birthday since the image was mounted on an action wobble.   I added several mats on a 5-1/2" x 7-1/2" card base.  The big foot was cut at 4-1/4" from the Campin Critters Cricut Cartridge.  Thank you  sooo much for stopping by to visit me today.  I hope you have a wonderful week!

Fancy Card Friday-Peacock-Art Nouveau Cricut Cartridge

Art Nouveau-Birthday Card

Hello Blogger Buddies!
Today's cards are made using the Art Nouveau Cricut Cartridge.  I have been wanting this cartridge for a long time.  It has some really sophisticated images on it. 
The card base has several graduating layers.  I cut the swan from page 64 at 3".  The cattails are on page 32 and are cut at 4".  I added foam tape to the back of the swan as well as the cattails.  For just that little extra spark I added flat back pearl beads to areas on the swan.  These two images are very easy to assemble, and didn't take very long to put together.  If you own this cartridge, why not make this quick, and easy card for a special friend.

Lori's Garden Imagine Cricut Cartridge

Hello Blogger Buddies!
I love this cartridge!  The images are just so darn beautiful.  I cut the bird on a branch from page 17, and only cut the first three layers.  They were cut at 3" on white card stock.  The rose cluster is on page 13 and I cut the image plus all of the layers.  They were cut at 4-1/2" and I added foam tape inbetween all of the layers.  Did you notice that I didn't use any ribbon or stick pins to this card?  I think it looks great without any bling!  Thank you for stopping by for a visit today.

Hello everyone, I will post the continuation of the card series on Monday the 27th of Feb.

I thought I would take a little break from the videos today and make a few cards.  The black and white card is for a lady named Tammy.  She is the service manager at a dealership I frequent and has maintained my cars for over 20 years.  She discovered discrepancies on previous work done and has saved me hundreds of dollars.  To show my gratitude, this card was accompanied by a dozen roses.  She is very loyal to her customers and is a wonderful person.  Thank you Tammy!

The card stock for this card is from DCWV Mademoiselle paper stack I purchased last year. I can’t believe I had this jewel statched away. I think I will be making several more with this theme. The paper is more vintage, and I have really been wanting to go more in the direction with my cards. Thank you so much for dropping by today to visit. See you on Monday.

A quick card I made using the Paisley Cricut Cartridge

I had someone ask me to make a card for their granddaughter who loves cats.  The cat is on page 73 of the Paisley cartridge, and was cut at 3-1/4".  The "grandaughter" was printed on my computer. Gosh it's been so long that I almost forgot how to post a picture.LOL

Happy Birthday-From My Kitchen Cricut Cartridge

Hello everyone!!  I have been on a crafting slump.  I had to make this card for a client, so maybe I will eventually get back into my paper addiction again.  On the inside of the card I used a cut from  FROM MY KITCHEN CRICUT CARTRIDGE.  The Martini glass is on page 60 of the handbook.  I cut the glass at 3-1/4".  I also cut an additional glass out of clear acetate, and added it on the top of the first cut.  It actually looks like glass.  Thank you everyone for visiting today!

Ice Cream Cone Card-Sweet Treats Cricut Cartridge

Hello Scrappers!!  I took out my Sweet Treats Cartridge to make a fast card, and this truly was.  Sometimes I forget that so many of the cricut cartridges have a card feature, and you can put together a quick card.  I cut the base card, and all the layers at 5-1/4".  I made two of these cards so that I could have a card and use the other as a gift tag.  The strawberry is covered in red glitter to give the card a little sparkle.  Using textured card stock also saves a step, and adds dimension for an even quicker card.  Thank you for visiting.

Happy Birdie Day Card-Straight From The Nest Cricut Cartridge

A birthday card for a guy is very difficult to do. This is one I came up with for my nephew. No buttons, bows or ribbons!! Not even a sparkle of bling. I am pleased how it turned out, even though I just used card stock. I hope I have given you an idea on how to design your own guy card.

Pull Tag Birthday Card

Birthday Card-DCWV Music Stack

I was so exited to finally cut up some of this paper stack by DCWV! I'm sure I will be doing additional cards with this card stock. If you cut your 12"x12" card stock just right you will be able to get several cards out of one sheet. I hope to give you some ideas on how to divide your 12"x12" page.
