The whole time I was making this card I kept thinking "Talk to the hand".LOL Over all I am pleased with the way the card turned out. Thanks for watching, I love comments, and thanks for joining me. Lorraine
Hello Scrappers!! Today I would like to share a card that I put together using my RIBBON ROSES. This would be great for a Mother's Day card. The base card is cut from the Don Juan Cricut Cartridge, and the leaves are from Walk in My Garden. My Roses are now available for purchase. Thank you for visiting, and have a great Monday. Lorraine
Hello Scrappers! This card is so darn cute!! I just love it! The belly band holds your card closed. Slip it off and reveal three little pockets. Add a friendly message or even a gift card to one of the pockets. I just love how the strawberries hang down on to the little pockets. As you can see in one of the pictures I have made another card using my ribbon roses. I punched two scalloped circle punches and layered them and then attached a ribbon rose in the center. There are endless embellishment that you can add to the front of the card for several different looks. It makes me just want to make more! Enjoy the video and thanks for watching. Lorraine
Hello Scrappers! Todays card is made with satin ribbon roses. I have used a white ribbon to make 3 roses to add to the front of this card. I also show how to heat emboss using part of an image from your clear stamps. On a continuation video (Part 2) I will show you how to make your own cute ribbon roses. If you need information on some of the tools I have used, visit my blog and click under" tool of the week" for some of these products.
Hello Scrappers! On my previous video I designed a card using ribbon roses. This video will show you step by step on how to create your own. Try using different sized ribbon for unique sizes. It really is easy, so give it a go!
I love anything to do with pretty paper. I started making cards when my husband purchased my first Cricut by Provo Craft. That was only two years ago. Now I can not resist a 12x12 sheet of scrapbook paper. I hope you can join in on the paper fun and have a great time. Another thing that keeps me busy is taking care of my three Shih-Tzus. They are just such little characters!
I have created this site so that I may give you ideas, insperation, tips and tricks so that you can incorporate them into your own projects. All I ask is that you use my designs for personal use only. All my creations are protected by a copyright. Please continue to enjoy my projects and ideas.
Thank you.
